ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND SITE ANALYSIS

A dedicated Account Manager will be assigned to each client and will work with them to ensure reports are understood and site usage and variances are followed up in a timely manner as well as identifying any possible cost saving options.

DEMAND MANAGEMENT

Ongoing support is provided to analyse Demand spikes – and to work with site management to reduce the impact on billing – through further work in optimisation and power factor correction on the site.

POWER QUALITY MONITORING

We can monitor the site to help you determine the Power Quality – to enable accurate analysis of Voltage, Harmonics, Sags & Swells and Imbalances – to correctly determine your needs for further improvements to help you get the best from your equipment and avoid costly time outs.
